At ProHealth Professional HomeCare, we are dedicated to providing high-quality in home care to our clients. Our mission is to improve the health and well-being of our community through compassionate care and personalized services. 

Our team of experienced professionals includes nurses, CNA’s and direct care staff who are all committed to providing the best possible care to our patients. We work together to ensure that each client receives the individualized attention they need.

We offer a wide range of in home services, including Private Duty Nursing, Children and Adult Personal Care Services, Home Maker services, chore services, and respite care. Our goal is to provide comprehensive care that addresses all of our clients needs.

Skilled nursing care provided by licensed staff (LPN's or RN's) for children (age birth to 21) with complex medical needs requiring frequent or continuous nursing intervention. Care is provided in the home and is 1:1 patient care. 

Assistance with activities of daily living (ADL's), such as bathing, dressing, eating, mobility and toileting provided to children within their home by direct support professionals and CNA's. 

A range of services that provide help with Personal Care Service (PCS) which includes help with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, eating, mobility and toileting, Home Maker Services which includes help with meal prep, light housekeeping, shopping, and transportation, and Companion Care.
